Shannon Rogers is a Senior Associate with Selvaggio Lawyers who began working with the firm as a law clerk. He has subsequently gained experience in all aspects of the firm’s work, progressing to the level of Senior Associate in 2008. 

His understanding of workplace issues, and their impact on both the employee and the employer, has led to a particular interest in the field of employment law. In this area, Shannon’s dedication to achieving the best results for his client and his logical, pragmatic approach ensures that he gives the most appropriate advice in each unique situation. In most instances, he will attempt to resolve matters first before Court action is required and will look at the issues holistically, giving you a clear picture of what to expect moving forward.

Karen Hickson has been working in legal services for more than 20 years, and she has been with Selvaggio Lawyers for over six of those years. Karen has broad experience in the industry, including the preparation of various Court documents, managing Court appointments and requirements, conveyancing and client liaison.

Karen’s current role involves the provision of support and administration for the Commercial law, employment law and criminal and traffic law matters undertaken by the firm. In this role, clients particularly value Karen’s organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
