Ross Selvaggio graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1981 and has been practising law ever since.

Ross is an accredited specialist in Property Law and uses his vast legal and practical experience to assist property developers with off the plan contracts (both commercial and residential), commercial leasing, options and pre-lease agreements and generally works closely with his clients to find the right solution for them.

Renowned for being a good communicator and providing sound, cost effective advice, Ross is also a highly skilled and experienced lawyer who remains very approachable and easy to work with.
 
Wherever possible Ross looks “outside the square” and offers advice from a holistic perspective, rather than simply a legal opinion. Drawing upon his broad experience as a lawyer and business person, his ultimate aim is to ensure that clients are receiving the best advice for their particular situation, in a timely manner.

Gillian Leahy

Since joining Selvaggio Lawyers, Gillian Leahy has practiced in a variety of areas including property law, commercial law, employment law and Wills and Estates.

She has primarily worked on matters in the property and commercial law field including: sales and purchases of residential property; sales and purchases of commercial property, particularly within the Norwest area; sales and purchases of businesses; retail and commercial leases; and commercial litigation. 

In addition, Gillian also handles debt recovery and employment law matters on behalf of our commercial clients and assists the Wills Team with numerous aspects of court work, property related matters and probate matters.

Gillian particularly enjoys working closely with clients to resolve their legal matters and guiding them through the many legal processes involved in business and property transactions.

Raelene Price

Raelene Price has been a valuable team member at Selvaggio Lawyers since 1996. With over 30 years’ experience in legal services, Raelene works closely with Ross and Gillian on a variety of property and commercial matters.   She has assisted with numerous property development transactions within the Norwest Business Park, as well as the preparation of various commercial documents, leases and residential and commercial property matters.

Raelene is a professional, highly-experienced conveyancing para-legal and the first point of contact for many of the firm’s property clients.

Jodie Hitch

Administrative Support

Jodie is the newest team member at Selvaggio Lawyers. She is often the first point of contact for clients and is responsible for directing clients to the most appropriate and experienced solicitor for their particular legal needs.

Jodie assists in a range of areas, including providing support to the Commercial Law team and helping Gillian with Employment related matters. She is a very welcome member of the team who brings youth and enthusiasm to her role, as well as a bright, friendly approach to client service.
