In addition to her work as Family Lawyer, Daniela Poletti has been helping clients and dealing with a variety of matters in the field of Wills and Estates law for 20 years.

Over the years she has gained considerable experience in all aspects of Wills and Estates law, from drafting a Will or Power of Attorney through to disputed Wills, Grants of Probate and intestate legislation.

Daniela’s attention to detail and understanding of complex financial situations, including the tax implications, allows her to develop a thorough and accurate analysis of a client’s financial affairs then provide sound, practical advice for them moving forward. Her friendly and approachable manner puts clients at ease and helps them to deal with what can be a difficult subject matter, encouraging them to think about potential issues and how best to plan their financial and legal affairs.

Drawing on the assistance and experience of other team members as required, Daniela can ensure that you and your beneficiaries are well looked after.

Kim Alderton has been with Selvaggio Lawyers for more than 10 years, and has worked in legal services for almost 30 years. Primarily responsible for supporting Partner Daniela Poletti, Kim currently works across the fields of Family Law and Wills & Estates Law.

Kim has considerable experience dealing with a wide variety of clients on wills and estate matters. She provides administrative support in the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship, as well as issues dealing with Probate and Estate disputes. Clients find Kim easy to deal with and very understanding, as well as being a professional who takes pride in the quality of her work – particularly when drafting legal documents.
